7. Can my products be shipped to an address different from the billing address?
Yes, you can get your products shipped to an address different from the billing address. All you need to do is fill in your desired address under ‘Shipping Address’ to get it delivered at the desired location.
8. Can I choose my delivery date?
Delivery dates cannot be selected or changed. But you can message us after placing an order If you need delivery on specific date
9. Can my shipping address be modified?

10. Can my order be modified or cancelled?
You can cancel or modify you order provided that it has not been dispatched for delivery. Kindly follow the steps given below:

• Click on ‘My Account’
• Under My Account, select ‘My Order’ and click on ‘Modify’ to edit or change your details.
• Once it is done click on ‘Save Changes’ to save the details.
11. What are the shipping charges?
Once the order is placed you will get the shipping charges included in the Total amount . The charges would be Maximum of Rs 150/- within India and International shipping charges would depend on Standard Shipping and Priority shipping
12. What forms of payment are accepted for on your website?
All credit cards, debit cards, UPI and net banking are accepted.
13. Is Cash on Delivery acceptable?
Cash on Delivery is available.
14. I forgot my password, what can I do?
By clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ option, you can generate a request for a new password to be sent to your registered email-id. Follow the steps mentioned in the email to reset your password.
15. What if an item is out of stock?
We are sorry for the inconvenience if the products listed are out of stock. However we can notify you once it is back in stock. Simply go to the product page and click on ‘Notify Me’ with your registered email address and we will get back to you when the product is restocked.
16. What is the estimated delivery time?
It usually takes us 4-7 business day to deliver your order. While we endeavour to deliver your order at the earliest, we request you to bear with possible delays due to restrictions in movement because of the current situation.
17. What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?
In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with damaged packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
18. How are the items packaged?
Each of our products are first bubble wrapped and then placed in a thick plied carton, which is taped and prepared for shipping. Fragile items are safeguarded with an additional layer of bubble wrap.
19. How does the delivery process work?
All our deliveries are processed through safe courier services. When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. The tracking number can be used to track the status of your order.

21. How do I request for a refund for my cancelled order ?
Kindly refer to our Return and Exchange Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a refund. If it qualifies for a return then the refund will be processed in 24-48 hours and will reflect in your bank account in 7-10 days. Please contact your bank for further information.
